As a Psychologist, Dr. Irvani offers assistance with various emotional, cognitive, behavioral, spiritual, and relationship challenges utilizing a holistic approach to psychotherapy (talk therapy). Her humanistic manner of being provides a safe, empathic, understanding, and accepting psychotherapeutic environment.

Dr. Irvani’s goal in private practice is to genuinely and compassionately assist individuals of various age groups and diverse cultures who struggle with a wide range of life challenges to find resolution, peace, and purpose in life according to their own value system. She is passionate about helping people gain more understanding, resolution, peace, and well-being, and live their inner truth accordingly. She considers a bio-psycho-social-spiritual (Biological-Psychological-Social/Environmental-Spiritual) multimodal approach to overall health and well-being.
